Draconis entered the pub as silent as a graveyard, his green eyes reflecting the light like a nocturnal animals. He found a seat remotely abandoned, being that it was in shadow, and only one single candle lay burning on it. He pulled the chair out and sat down, his leather outfit stretching as he moved.

Lilith didn't know how she got talked into it, but evidentally, the pub at that time was short on helping hands. She wasn't very keen on helping others, too withdrawn to really know how to respond, but the workload was piled heavily on only a few people. Perhaps it was a rare burst of compassion, or maybe she just needed something - anything - to occupy herself. Regardless of the reason, she found herself busy cleaning tables, taking orders when no one was around to wait them, and picking up broken glasses thrown by unsatisfied customers. Her temples were throbbing from a growing migraine and, not having eaten in several days for lack of money, her face was drained of color, though she did manage to dodge a flying beaker aimed for her skull when failing to refill it with beer at request. She didn't much care. 'I should demand payment from the owner,' she pondered silently.

He watched the new employee with an interested smirk. Finally, he got up and walked to the bar, placing a hand on the cold wood.
"Excuse me m'dear," he whispered, his cold eyes locking onto her face from beneath a shadowed brow. "Can you get me a small goblet of bloodwine? I am dying of thirst." He smiled softly to her.

Lilith looked up from wiping the bar and at the man. She was quite thankful he was polite about his request and immediately walked around to retrieve a bottle of bloodwine. As she did this, she concentrated on where she knew a goblet of small size was located and successfully teleported it in front of the man. She popped the top to the bottle and poured it till the liquid came with a few milimeters from the rim. "Enjoy," she responded promptly with a nod and a slight smile. She was tempted to have a drink herself, but she really didn't need to become intoxicated while in one of her moods.

He did an entrancing bow and took the goblet with unmatched grace. Even though his mixed blood made him an abomination, he did not have an excuse not to act civilized. He fished through the pocket of his long trenchcoat that covered his leather garb and pulled out a considerably large bag of currency, setting it on the bartable..
"Here, take what you need for the drink, and keep the rest for yourself. You need it more than I." He winked at her and found a seat near the fountain of the bar.
